The thematic choice falls on a tourist hotel that recoveries and requalifying the area.
The targets are people who love nature, adventure and water sports, but also lovers of unspoiled seascape.
The objective of the project is to restore and upgrating the existing structures and the installation of new elements with a low impact on the landscape.
The restore and upgrading of the existing structures, reversing the deterioration process in place. The concept is developing surfaces which permit the hospitality and user management.

The new proposed elements are the bungalows, the multi-purpose rooms, a public hall, a square and some links connecting this structures with the sea. These spaces will be available for outdoor activities. All new elements are composed of lightweight structures, easy to assembly and disassembly, which, in addition to ensuring the preservation of the territory, offer a certain spatial elasticity.

The project strategy pays attention not only to the form design, but also and especially to the design of open spaces. The space is delimited by new elements that are installed in a minimally invasive way to build a landscape thought inside. This exhortation is transformed in concrete form through the construction of a series of modules of residences distributed on the area of competition.
